LabRF offers a free trial to allow users to explore our device-free radio training platform before committing to a paid subscription. This policy outlines the terms and conditions of the free trial.

What's Included in the Free Trial

The free trial provides:

  • Full Platform Access: Complete access to the LabRF simulation software
  • One Vendor Platform: Limited to a single vendor platform for simulation training
  • Core Features: Access to all core training and simulation features
  • Scenario Creation: Ability to create and save training scenarios
  • No Time Limit: The free trial does not expire

Limitations of the Free Trial

The free trial has the following restrictions:

  • Single Vendor Access: Limited to one vendor platform (cannot access multiple vendor platforms simultaneously)
  • No Priority Support: Support is provided on a best-effort basis
  • Limited Customization: Advanced customization features require a paid subscription
  • No Updates: May not receive all product updates and new features

Eligibility

Who Can Use the Free Trial:

  • New users who have not previously subscribed to LabRF
  • Users must be at least 18 years old
  • One free trial per person or organization

Who Is Not Eligible:

  • Previous LabRF subscribers (free trial is for new users only)
  • Users who have previously used a free trial account
  • Users in regions where LabRF services are not available

Note: We reserve the right to verify eligibility and may request additional information to prevent abuse of the free trial.

No Payment Required

The free trial does not require payment information:

  • No credit card or payment method required to start
  • No automatic billing or charges
  • You will not be charged unless you explicitly upgrade to a paid plan

Upgrading from Free Trial

How to Upgrade

You can upgrade to a paid subscription at any time through:

  • Your account dashboard
  • The pricing page on our website
  • Contacting sales@labrf.com for enterprise options

Paid Subscription Options

  • Monthly: $40 per vendor platform per month
  • Annual: $408 per vendor platform per year ($34/month, 15% savings)

What You Get with Paid Subscriptions

  • Unlimited access to all vendor platforms
  • Priority support with customization options
  • Regular updates, add-ons, and new features
  • Advanced training scenario tools
  • Multi-vendor simulations

Data Migration

When you upgrade from a free trial to a paid subscription:

  • All your training scenarios and configurations are preserved
  • Account settings remain unchanged
  • You immediately gain access to additional vendor platforms
  • No interruption in service

Account Management

Continuing with Free Trial

You may continue using the free trial indefinitely:

  • No expiration date
  • No pressure to upgrade
  • Single vendor platform access remains available

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your free trial account at any time:

  • Go to account settings and select "Delete Account"
  • Or contact support@labrf.com to request account deletion
  • All your data will be permanently deleted within 90 days

Acceptable Use

Free trial users must comply with our Terms of Service, including:

  • Using the Service for lawful training purposes only
  • Not sharing account credentials
  • Not attempting to circumvent platform limitations
  • Not using the Service for commercial resale

Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.

Free trial users receive:

Paid subscribers receive:

  • Priority support with faster response times
  • Customization assistance

Modifications to Free Trial

LabRF reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the free trial program at any time
  • Change the features or limitations of the free trial
  • Adjust pricing for paid subscriptions with 30 days notice

Existing free trial users will be notified of any material changes via email.

Your privacy is important to us. Free trial users receive the same privacy protections as paid subscribers:
